Parts inspection: Find the related purchase order No. check the size, function，such as install the disc brake to bike to check the function. And we have Q/C group, every cargo come to our factory, Q/C will send all parts inspection pic in the group.
Key inspection items:
1. Accessories screw must be dacron
2. Rim package: 3 layers of paper cover and a layer of woven cloth
3. The parts cannot have logo if customer have requirement
4. Stem four screw don’t lock too tight
5. Electric parts must be fully inspected
6. The front fork sealing plate must be fully welded
7. Single speed Chain wheel disc must be single speed
8. Electric bike tire should be Kenda or CST
9. The export frame must have frame serial number
Full CKD or SKD order, we will assemble bike in advance one week, check the parts size and correct, And then send you pic to check the painting and whole bike looks
